Christmas in July Shopping Event – Vendor Information
Join us in bringing the holiday cheer to the height of summer! We’re excited to invite local businesses to take part in this unique and festive shopping experience. Here’s everything you need to know to become a vendor!
Event Details:
Date: July 13, 2025
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Historic Dubsdread
Tickets:
Attendees will be charged a $15 admission fee, which will include food and two drinks. A cash bar will also be available.
Vendor Details:
Vendor Fee: $50
Space Allotted: 10′ x 10′ space per vendor (Two 6-ft tables with black tablecloths + two chairs will be provided)
Setup Time: 9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. (Ready for doors to open right at 11:00.)
Tear Down: 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Vendor Guidelines:
- All vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event
- Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths with a festive or holiday theme
- Electricity is limited – please let us know in advance if you need access
- Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment
