Carissa Llewellyn-Burns
Director of Operations
Carissa joined the company in 2013. A communications and journalism graduate of Shippensburg University, she moved from Pennsylvania to Florida for sunshine and job opportunities. She began her career with Dubsdread as a banquet server and has worked her way through every position in the office to learn each aspect of the operation and is proud to be part of the amazing team. When she is not at work, Carissa enjoys time with her husband, Tyler, her crazy kiddos Connor and Cameron and her fur child, Roxy.
Christiana Bullard
Banquet Sales Manager
An Orlando native and a UCF graduate, Christiana worked in advertising before joining Dubsdread in 2005. She found the hospitality industry far more entertaining and mentally stimulating. Christiana enjoys humorous clients, problem-solving, and working with great colleagues. When she is not at work, she enjoys watching UCF football, going to the gym and spending time with her three “kids:” her daughter, husband and dog.
David Osmola
Senior Wedding & Event Coordinator
David joined the Dubsdread team in 2008 and is our Senior Wedding and Event Coordinator. Before coming on board, he worked in customer service positions in the wedding and airline industries. David strives to make every bride’s dream a reality, allowing his attention to detail and customer service skills to shine through. When he is not at work, David enjoys spending time with his friends and his dog, Sweet Pea, and visiting family in Michigan.
Shanna Paris
Event Specialist/Sales Representative
Shanna has been at Dubsdread since 2017. An Event Management graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality, she began her career with local wedding and destination event management companies. Since 2000, Shanna has planned weddings and events throughout the Orlando area, helping planners worldwide execute their corporate gatherings. At Dubsdread, she can focus on her passion to help brides make their day unique and personal. Shanna enjoys time with her four favorite guys when she’s not at work: her dog Giggsy, her sons Liam and Alfie and her husband Josh.
Kaelin Danieli
Event Specialist/Sales Representative
Since joining the team in mid-2026, she has enjoyed putting her attention to detail—and a little bit of OCD—to good use alongside an incredible staff. Her favorite part of working in events is helping bring each client’s unique vision to life.
Outside of work, she enjoys working out, playing pickleball, spending time with her dog, and having movie nights. You might also find her enjoying the dairy-free menu at Dees Brothers Brewery in Sanford or reaching for a V8 Strawberry Banana Energy Drink during a busy workday.
Fun fact: Her uniquely spelled name was created using a combination of her family members’ names and initials. If her coworkers had to describe her in one word, it would be “bubbly!”
Jerrica Bulla

Jerrica joined the Events by Dubsdread team less than a year ago and has quickly embraced the fast-paced, joy-filled world of event coordination. With years of hospitality and customer service experience, she’s known for her calm under pressure and attention to meaningful details. Jerrica loves being part of moments that truly matter—helping couples celebrate with beauty and ease. Outside of work, she enjoys family adventures with her two children, Lidia and Zen.

Since joining the team in 2026, she has loved learning more about the events industry. Her favorite part of working with clients is getting to know them and seeing their unique vision come to life on the day of their event.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, discovering new coffee shops, spending time with friends, and shopping. One of her favorite local hidden gems is Mount Dora—especially Wave Asian Bistro & Sushi!
Fun fact: She studied abroad in Barcelona. During a busy workday, you’ll likely find her reaching for a granola bar and bringing the positive energy her coworkers know her for!
