Sip & Shop Fall Finds & Local Vibes – Vendor Information
We’re excited to invite local businesses to take part in this unique and festive shopping experience. Here’s everything you need to know to become a vendor!
Event Details:
Date: September 28, 2025
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Location: Azalea Lodge
Tickets:
Attendees will be charged a $15 admission fee, which will include food and two drinks. A cash bar will also be available.
Vendor Details:
Vendor Fee: $50
Space Allotted: 10′ x 10′ space per vendor (Two 6-ft tables with black tablecloths + two chairs will be provided)
Setup Time: 9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. (Ready for doors to open right at 11:00.)
Tear Down: 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Vendor Guidelines:
- All vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event
- Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths with a festive or holiday theme
- Electricity is limited – please let us know in advance if you need access
- Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment
