What is the venue capacity?
Dubsdread can seat up to 250 guests.
What is the Ceremony back up plan for inclement weather?
We have either the Ballroom that can seat up to 200 guests or our Florida Room can seat up to 100 guests for Ceremony.
Do you have handicap accessibility?
Yes – all spaces are accessible as well as ADA restrooms.
Is there a list of Approved Vendors?
Yes – we do have a Recommended Vendor List.
Do we have to use your approved vendors?
If you go with vendors from that are not listed on approved list then just run their name by us to make sure they are not people that we have red flagged. We ask that they are licensed, insured, and have wedding experience. Additionally, we would encourage you to check out their reviews on reputable websites such as the knot.com or weddingwire.com.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Unfortunately we do not allow outside food or beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) to be brought on site.
What is your venue fee?
$2,500. This can be discounted for different days of the week, times of the day, etc.
How many hours are included in the venue rental?
We include 5 hours for Ceremony and Reception and 4 hours for Reception only. Additional time can be purchase, however, is subject to availability. We also include 2 hours prior for vendor load in, delivery, and set up.
How much is the deposit?
The required non-refundable deposit is $2,500. This will go towards your final balance.
Is there free and/or convenient parking?
Yes and Yes! Parking is right outside from the venue and is free to all guests.
Are there any noise ordinances?
Music volume must be turned down after 10pm, however, the party may continue!
How early can we arrive on the wedding day?
Two hours prior to Ceremony start time.
How early can our vendors arrive on wedding day to begin setting up?
Two hours prior to Guest Arrival.
Is there a Cake Cutting Fee?
No – we do not charge a cake cutting fee with our services!
Are there hotel accommodations in the area?
Yes – there a few including a Comfort Suites and a Double Tree.
