Five Questions With Chef Jonathan Hill:

  1. How many years have you been with Dubsdread Catering?
    I have been a Dubsdread Catering team member for more than a year. 
  2. What is your college and/or life experience that prepared you for this position?
    I received my culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu more than eight years ago, but really, I’ve been cooking for my friends and family far longer than that. Previous to Dubsdread Catering, I worked at the Swan and Dolphin as a banquet chef.
  3. What are your plans for your future career/personal growth?
    Well, I’d really love to win the lottery and take over the world…but if that doesn’t pan out, I just want to take advantage of this opportunity with Dubsdread Catering to grow our business and dominate the Orlando marketplace.
  4. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
    I love just spending time with my wife and kids or just unwinding with a cold beer. I also enjoy playing golf when I have time. 
  5. What do you enjoy most about your position?
    We have a great team and across the board – front and back of the house – and I really enjoy when we work together to get the job done and deliver a product and service, I am really proud of. I also enjoy the lack of corporate oversight. We are professionals and our management team treats us that way.
